We had Ellen come and stage our house to sell. She was very honest and understanding. Started with a walk through and a list of advice. We did nearly everything she suggested. With two little kids and a dog, keeping a place “show ready” isn’t always easy, but she worked with us to make it possible! We had 13 showings in 24 hours. Our house had TWO offers OVER LIST in 36 hours. Conditional sale in 48 hours. We can’t thank Ellen enough for making our house look amazing.
