Ellen is fantastic!…..I am a single mom of two teenagers and after going through a separation I found myself with a house I hoped I could manage but I couldn’t so I found myself entering a housing market which I heard was full of gloom and doom. Then entered Justin Warthe and Ellen from Chrysalis and wow! What an amazing team these two are. I went from an overwhelming outlook to an I can do this attitude.
I was very fortunate to meet these incredible people who literally rolled up their sleeves, started cleaning and prepping my house with me and they were a force to be reckoned with. Ellen came in the first time talked, gave me a list of things to do, took some pictures and reassured me that we can sell my place quickly and for asking price. Several days later she returned.. wow what a day that was. I was still cleaning out things and I was thinking I was going to have to push out the pics a few more days because I wasn’t ready….was I ever wrong….Ellen and Justin came in like hurricanes and before long my kids were unloading their vehicles full of art work, accent pieces some of Ellen creates herself! She had even gotten me some living room chairs donated to me from a friend of hers. Justin knew I didn’t like my existing table and chairs and bought me a set off of the net. And by the end of the day my house was transformed into this amazing place I wanted to buy. It was fantastic. The next day pictures were taken and 2 days after that it his the market at 9:30 and that was a Saturday morning. I had showing requests that day and the Sunday and by Monday I had an offer on the table. Currently I am just waiting for financing conditions to be met then it will be done. If you ever feel over welded these two people will change that and make you feel unstoppable. I can’t thank Ellen enough for her time, patience and her hard work. I fully 100% give my endorsement to her…..she is amazing.
